JEO welcomes Jewish professionals who are leaders in their industries, entrepreneurs, or key decision-makers. To be eligible for membership, applicants must meet the following criteria.
We recognise that Jewish identity is diverse, and all streams of Judaism, including Cultural, Progressive, Orthodox and Conservative are embraced within the organisation.
Applicants must hold a senior leadership position, own a business, or demonstrate significant influence within their industry or the Jewish community.
Members should align with JEO’s mission of fostering leadership, learning, and community impact.
JEO has a structured application process to ensure alignment with its purpose and values. The average timeframe from application to a final membership decision being made is approximately 6 weeks.
Complete an online application detailing your professional background, leadership roles, and connection to the Jewish community.
Applications are reviewed by the chapter leadership team to confirm eligibility and alignment with JEO’s mission.
Shortlisted candidates participate in an interview with chapter leadership to discuss their interests, expectations, and contributions to the JEO community.
Successful applicants receive a formal membership invitation, along with information on upcoming events, programs, and the expectations of members.
